WCW: What is your mission behind Coutorture?
Coutorture Media is an online fashion community of over 200 of the most insightful, inspiring, and well read fashion websites and blogs gathered into one space: www.coutorture.com. Our mission is to promote fashion blogging in the wider fashion industry. We serve as a hub for the best fashion, streetwear, beauty, and perfume content available online as well as acting as ambassadors for the fashion blogger community aiding old media outlets, designers, fashion retailers, and public relations firms in discovering the value and joys of the blogosphere.

WCW: Where do you see the blogosphere going?
I believe the fashion blogosphere will only increase in influence and importance. Old media has already discovered the power of blogging with many publications like the New York Times, the WSJ, and the Washington Post all introducing their own blogs. Professional and amateur blogs alike will find niches and audiences and together we will all prosper.

WCW: What is your favorite part about your job?
Discovering a new blogger to read!

WCW: What gave you the idea for Coutorture?
Three seasons ago I realized that fashion blogging was growing in importance but there was no organization or community built to protect and promote the unique interest of the fashon blogosphere. There were many blogs but no way for us to all work together. I started Couotrture with the idea that together we are stronger.

WCW: What is your goal with Coutorture?
Back when Coutorture first started blogs were not as accepted in the industry as a legitimate form of media. But I believe thanks to the efforts of hundreds of dedicated bloggers, many of them under the Coutorture banner, we have come to see the value in joining hands and presenting a united front to the wider fashion industry. Together we have gained the respect, admiration, and support of the industry. It is my hope that with Coutorture on the job fashion blogging will continue to thrive.

WCW: Who is the best dressed celeb?
I don't follow celebrities at all. I am so bad with names it is pathetic. I was next to Michelle Williams backstage at Phillip Lim and I had no idea who she was. I guess I am inclined to say Mary-Kate as she is the only woman on earth who manages to look cool in those Balenciaga booties.

WCW: What is your idea of fashion?
In two lines? Yikes. Fashion is art and commerce united.
