OFFICIAL RULES AND CONDITIONS

The following are the rules and conditions for participating in the WhatCelebsWear.com (“Company”) sweepstakes. By Clicking “Enter” you acknowledge and agree that you have read the terms below and agree to them.

1. No Purchase Necessary. No purchase or payment of any money is required to enter. To enter the sweepstakes enter your name, address, email address, phone number and other requested information in the enrollment form above. There is a limit one entry per person. All entries must be submitted in electronic online format through the www.WhatCelebsWear.com website (the “Site”). Entries must be submitted by clicking the ‘Click to Enter’ button at ‘www.WhatCelebsWear.com/Sweepstakes’ in order to be eligible. Entries made by the holder of the email account shall be deemed the “contestant.” Company assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete entries, mistyped information, system errors, viruses, data loss, inability to access Site or process entry. All decisions of the Company regarding the winning and ineligible entries shall be final.

2. Prizes. The prizes to be awarded and approximate correlating retail values are as follows:

3. Odds of Winning. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received by Company.

4. Eligibility. This sweepstakes is open to the residents of any state within the United States except where such states require additional filing requirements or posting of bonds by the Company, specifically Connecticut, Colorado, Maryland, Florida, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Rhode Island, New Mexico, New York, Tennessee and Texas. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Additionally only entrants aged 18 years or older, and no employees of WhatCelebsWear, the company sponsoring the sweepstakes, or the company providing the sweepstakes prize, will qualify. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release that will allow the use of the winners’ name, likeness and image by Company and/or its sponsors. All taxes are the responsibility of the winners.

5. Winners List. For a list of winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to . Requests for winners’ lists must received {Insert Date}. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of the winners’ list.

6. Sponsors. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by WhatCelebsWear with a mailing address at 1617 Broadway, Santa Monica, CA 90404.

7. Ownership. All entries shall be deemed the sole property of Company and Entrant expressly assigns all rights, title and interest to the entry. Entrants further warrant that the information they provide is true, accurate and complete. Any use of the entrant’s personal information shall be subject to Company’s posted privacy policy at WhatCelebsWear.com.

8. Right To Amend, Modify or Terminate Promotion. Company reserves the right to amend, modify or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time, by providing email notices to Entrants regarding such amendments, modifications or termination.
